Ragamufyn.com guarantees each of its products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact returns@ragamufyn.com within 5 days of receipt of product. Items may be returned unwashed and unused, postmarked within 1 week of the date of receipt for a full refund. Items returned up until 30 days of receipt may be exchanged for store credit. Shipping will only be refunded if a mistake has been made by Ragamufyn.com. Items returned used or after 30 days will be restocked without refund. Washing or wearing of clothing or diapers voids any and all return policies. These policies are subject to change at any time. If you have an unusual circumstance, arrangements may be made to accommodate you! Please contact us for our return shipping address.
Product Availability/Shipping:
Our cart automatically calculates how many items we have for each category and size. In the event the calculations are incorrect, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. You will be notified as to whether or not an item can be made as a special order. If it becomes a special order you may accept or deny the order as it is not in stock and will take longer to ship. Ragamufyn.com ships packages with FedEx and the USPS. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Items in stock will be shipped in a timely manor. If you need an item shipped next day please contact us at sales@ragamufyn.com. Insurance is recommended and is available with an additional charge. If you see a product that is no longer available please contact us about creating another especially for you!
Payment:
We accept payment from Pay Pal as well as Money Orders. If you must pay by personal check please contact us before you order. We may hold your personal check for up to 14 days before your order is shipped. All items are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change from one visit to the next.
